This is a 2016 Grand Design Reflection 357BHS, a four-slide fifth wheel equipped with the Arctic Insulation Package, featuring a front bedroom, rear bunk room, and a rear outside kitchen. The exterior is in good condition with the awning fabric still in nice shape. Most decals look good, with the burgundy colors holding up well, while the copper/bronze accents show cracking from UV exposure. The unit includes dark tinted windows believed to be dual-pane, slam-latch baggage doors, aluminum steps, large heavy-duty wheels and tires, a rear ladder, hitch receiver, and backup camera prep. The furnace and hot water tank are located on the service side along with the maintenance center, which includes the battery disconnect and outside shower. The front cap and its decals are in excellent condition, and the trailer is equipped with an electric rear stabilizer jack rather than full auto-level.
The outside kitchen includes a secondary fridge, microwave, sink, and a ready-to-use two-burner stove. Inside, the main living area features a peninsula kitchen with solid-surface countertops, a sprayer faucet, and the upgraded four-door fridge and freezer. There is a three-burner stove, oven, microwave, pendant lighting, glass-insert cabinetry, and ample drawer and cupboard storage. The dinette converts into an additional bed, and the theater seating sits across from the entertainment center with TV and fireplace. A pantry with controllers and storage is also located in this area.
The rear bunk room includes the second (half) bathroom, a full pull-out sofa bed, an upper bunk, a small seating bench, a TV location, a built-in ladder to the top bunk, a large wardrobe, and pleated blinds. The front bedroom has a full-size queen bed with nightstands and outlets on both sides, along with the second air conditioner. It also offers a large front wardrobe, built-in dresser, and additional storage. The main bathroom includes a fiberglass shower with glass doors and a built-in bench, a vanity with storage, a linen closet, and a flush toilet, with access through a sliding pocket door.
